Classes
Intro
classes allow new students to learn about the Reformer and the essential Pilates
exercises. We will focus on positioning our spine, breathing, and exercising in
a supportive setting.
Core classes are designed for clients
who have previously practiced Pilates Reformer or who have completed at least two Intro classes at Le studio Pilates. Classes focus on the classic
Pilates repertoire: spinal flexion and extension, building core strength, and
adding new exercises as students develop.
Sculpt classes are designed to
build on Core principals. Set to a higher tempo the class will make you sweat.
Contemporary Pilates elements and jump boards are integrated to give a full
body workout.
Jump classes add an extra layer of cardio to your Pilates Reformer session. Following a series from the traditional repertoire targeting the legs, arms, abs and other elements participants jump in a variety of ways for a fun cardio workout.
Restore classes are designed to let
you feel your best. Opening up the whole body, warming up the spine and an
extended feet in straps session allow clients to restore their body.
Post-partum classes are designed to help strengthen the core and help restore the pelvic floor through gentil Pilates exercises.
Prenatal classes are designed to maintain fitness during pregnancy and strengthen deep core muscles while focusing on safe movements for all trimesters.
